Strange feelings about someone maybe viewed as something weird, unnatural, and or bad. However, many times strange feelings will happen when one chooses not to believe the truth about a situation. Strange feelings usually occur when your heart desires love, but your mind says no to love. Have you ever been in love, but for whatever reason refused to call it love? Or you may have even asked yourself, “Is This Love that I’m feeling?
Maybe, it was too soon after being hurt and you could not recognize the feeling of love because of the numbness from the yearning of desiring to rekindle a past love. Or maybe, you chose denial of being in love to facing the fears that you may get hurt again. If you choose to deny the possibility of falling in love then confusion of your feelings takes the place of freely loving that person. Well, I have been in such a predicament and it was during this time that this poem was created....
I Have Strange Feelings For You
Only time will tell
when I stop feeling the emptiness of a waterless well.
Everytime I leave you,
my eyes sheds the morning’s dew.
I feel like a lonely flower
within minutes after one of our
timeless love affairs.
I know you are truly unaware
of these strange feelings.
After being with you I’m depressed.
This feeling is different from the rest.
I’m disillusioned as to why
when I tell you good-bye,
there seems to be a feeling of sorrow,
because I can’t see you tomorrow.
I find myself thinking about you,
whenever I’m troubled and blue.
I’m very, very confused about these strange feelings.
My love tide ebbs every time you’re near.
However, I cannot be in love with you because of fear.
A fear caused from lack of security,
My life has never seen raindrops of purity.
Therefore, I cannot understand
what celestial being is in command,
of my present feelings of depression.
If only I could find the right expression
to explain to you these strange feelings.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being in love. The feelings that you have is a contradiction of logic and emotion. Could it be unrequited love? I know a thing or two about that as well ;)

I checked out your hub, Dohn thanks for sharing it with me! And you are right it does have metaphors somewhat similar to this one. Isn't it funny how when you're in the dilemma of love you feel like no one else has ever experienced anything like this? LOL! But, yet we all have at one time or another. :)
